DataScoutPro has developed the ability to view any additional parcels involved in a transaction. That is, if a parcel was part of any large transfer with other parcels, you can now click on a link that will display a list of all the additional parcels. The link will be under the “Transfer” section on the property record card under the ‘Code’.

DataScout, LLC announces today that DataScoutPro (DSP) has expanded its county coverage to 35 Arkansas counties. Real property records from the Pulaski County, AR assessor's office are now available on the DSP website. 

“This is a very exciting day for the DataScout family and our subscribers,” said DataScout marketing director Cory Scott. “Since our initial offering of the DSP service we have had numerous requests to provide the Pulaski County data in our ‘easy to search format’.  I am glad that we are now able to accommodate these requests for our customers.  Everyone at DSP would like to thank the Pulaski County assessor's office for their help and assistance in making these real estate records available to our subscribers. ”

The acquisition of Pulaski County real property records adds 168,541 parcels to the DataScoutPro database, which increases total property and ownership records to over 1,000,000 records.

Search by Legal Description

Users now have the ability to search via the Legal Description of the property. The Legal Description spells out the exact boundaries of an entire piece of land so someone can determine the exact location of it.If you had a transfer deed from years ago that listed the Legal Description, then you could potentially find out who currently owns it. If you are not familiar with exactly how to read or understand the Legal Description you can find more information here.

If you've received a coupon from us you can easily redeem it on our site. The shopping cart page has a field where you can enter your coupon code and apply it to your cart.
