I service the River Valley Region composed of 12 counties between Conway and Fort Smith for Farm Credit Services of Western Arkansas. DataScoutPro.com is a accurate and time saving tool that allows me to pick out comp sales before I go into an area. This saves hours of time looking through deed books. I can then pull aerial photos and assessment cards prior to looking at a farm sale, which allows me enough time to inspect the farm and sales all in one trip. I could not service the area I cover without a tool like DataScoutPro.com.
